What is a firearms membership?
A firearms membership is a subscription-based program that provides members access to firearm purchasing benefits through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL). The membership itself does not sell firearms; instead, it provides access, education, and pricing benefits while all regulated transactions are handled by the licensed dealer in full compliance with federal and state law.

Your membership gives you access to member-level pricing on firearms where permitted by manufacturer pricing policies, exclusive member pricing on other products, our referral rewards program, and special offers available only to FPR Members.
All firearm transactions are handled securely by Family Protection and Recreation LLC as the licensed FFL. Our website uses industry-standard encryption, and member data is never sold or shared.
Some manufacturers have rules that prevent dealers from advertising prices below a certain amount on public pages. This is called Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
MAP controls what we are allowed to show, not what you are allowed to pay.
In practice, this means:
• Public visitors may see higher MAP pricing on certain items.
• In some cases, the real price can only be shown after you add the item to your cart.
• Members may see different pricing after they log in, when allowed by manufacturer policy.
We follow these rules so we can continue offering the best brands, full warranties, and long-term access to the products our members rely on.

MAP stands for Minimum Advertised Price — a manufacturer policy that controls the lowest price a dealer is allowed to advertise for a specific firearm. At FPR Members, we follow all MAP policies. For MAP-governed firearms, the price you see is at or below the manufacturer's minimum advertised price. For non-MAP firearms, members may access member-level pricing that can be meaningfully lower than typical retail.The short version: on some firearms, your member price will be below what you'd find at a retail store. On MAP-restricted firearms, pricing is consistent with manufacturer guidelines — but you do not pay above MAP on MAP-governed firearms.
The Select Founding Rate is a limited launch promotion for the first 500 Select members only. Members who join during launch receive $29 renewals for their next two renewal cycles (Years 2 and 3). After your third year, your membership renews at the standard Select rate of $97/year.

For MAP-governed firearms, pricing is displayed at or below the manufacturer's minimum advertised price — meaning you always see the lowest price legally allowed to be advertised, and sometimes better.Membership does not guarantee member-level pricing on every item, but it does guarantee you do not pay above MAP on MAP-governed firearms.
When you refer 3 friends or family members who join, your next renewal is free (one-time reward). During special promotions, additional perks or bonuses may be offered. Referral rewards are subject to program terms and verification.
For a limited time during launch, eligible memberships may include a Family Plan allowing up to 4 household members (all legally eligible to purchase and own firearms) to be included under one account. Availability and eligibility are subject to program terms and may change after the launch period.
Early launch promotions and limited-time offers may be available to first members who join during specific launch windows. All pricing structures and renewal rates are disclosed at checkout and may change as the platform evolves.
The first 50 members to join secure lifetime membership benefits with no annual renewal fees, along with Founding Member recognition for helping launch the platform.

You can manage your membership through your account settings or by contacting our support team. While we hate to see you go, we make the process simple.
No. Memberships are tied to the original member and cannot be transferred. However, if you join during our promotion, for a limited time the Family Plan is included in either package and allows household members to be included under one account.
