FPRMembers.com does not collect, store, or retain ATF Form 4473 data, NICS background check results, or firearm serial numbers. FPRMembers may receive limited transactional status information (such as order fulfillment status) strictly for customer support and order coordination purposes.

5.2 Firearm Transaction Records — Retained by FFL
Federal law requires Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) to retain firearm transfer records, including ATF Form 4473 and related transaction details, for extended periods. These records are maintained by the receiving FFL and their compliance systems.
FPRMembers.com does not store or retain ATF Form 4473 records, NICS background check results, or firearm serial numbers.
5.3 Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of marketing and account data (such as email preferences and platform account information) by emailing info@FPRMembers.com. Please note that firearm transfer records are maintained by the receiving FFL as required by federal law and cannot be deleted by FPRMembers.com.
6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
You may request at any time:

Deletion (except firearm transfer records held by the receiving FFL under federal law)
