This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges for purchases made through Family Protection and Recreation LLC (d/b/a FPRMembers). By purchasing products through FPRMembers, you agree to this policy.
⚠️  Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or in the event of a billing error.
⚠️  Firearm sales are final once transferred to you at the FFL, in accordance with federal and state law.

1. FIREARMS & LOWER RECEIVERS
1.1 Inspection BEFORE Transfer — REQUIRED
Inspect the firearm before signing ATF Form 4473 at the FFL. Check:
Make / model / caliber
Accessories included
Cosmetic condition
Function check (ask FFL for assistance)
Once you accept the firearm: All sales are final. No returns or refunds for any reason.
If the firearm is damaged or incorrect, do NOT complete the transfer — refuse the shipment so it can be returned to us directly.
1.2 New Firearms & New Lower Receivers
FINAL SALE after FFL transfer
Manufacturer warranty applies (contact manufacturer directly)
1.3 Certified Used Guns (FPRMembers Certified Pre-Owned)
Option 1 — 3-Day “No Questions Asked” Return:
Refund minus:
$30 return shipping
Original outbound shipping
15% restocking fee
Total customer fees will not exceed 20% of the purchase price.
Return eligibility is contingent on the firearm being returned in the same condition as transferred and not having been modified, disassembled beyond field stripping, or fired.
Option 2 — 7-Day Mechanical Defect Return:
Full refund

1.5 MECHANICAL DEFECT DEFINITION
“Mechanical Defect” means a failure of the firearm to function as designed by the manufacturer, including but not limited to:
Failure to fire
Failure to eject
Failure to feed
Safety mechanism failure
Cosmetic issues, holster wear, minor scratches, or subjective quality concerns are NOT mechanical defects.
You must provide:
Video evidence of malfunction
Detailed written description
1.6 NICS Denial / Failed Transfers
NICS Background Check Denial — Store Credit (Due to Non-Refundable Processing & Transfer Costs):
In the event of a NICS background check denial, the original order will be converted to store credit in the full amount paid (excluding FFL transfer fees and shipping costs). Store credit does not expire and may be applied toward any non-firearm product available on FPRMembers.com. No cash refunds will be issued for denied NICS background checks, except where required by law. Processing, shipping, and distributor handling fees are incurred at the time of order and are non-refundable.
Unclaimed Firearms or Delayed Transfers:
If the firearm cannot be transferred within 14 days due to:
NICS delay that expires without explicit approval (and you choose not to wait)
Failure to pick up firearm
Refusal to complete transfer
Inability to legally take possession
Total customer fees will not exceed 20% of the purchase price.
For these situations (NOT including NICS denial), refund = Purchase price MINUS:
$30 return shipping
Original outbound shipping
15% restocking fee
Total customer fees will not exceed 20% of the purchase price.
Membership fees remain NON-REFUNDABLE once activated, except where required by law or in the event of a billing error.
1.7 Modifications Void Returns
Any firearm that has been modified, disassembled beyond field stripping, refinished, or altered in any way is NOT eligible for return under any circumstances, including mechanical defect claims.
2. AMMUNITION
ALL ammunition sales are FINAL.
No returns once shipped

3. OPTICS, ACCESSORIES, GEAR & PARTS — FINAL SALE (Defective-on-Arrival Exchanges Only)
No returns accepted for buyer's remorse
Manufacturer warranty may apply — contact manufacturer directly
Dead-on-arrival or defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof of defect. If a product is defective on arrival, we will replace it with the same item or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Incorrect items shipped must be reported within 7 days
4. FPRMEMBERS BRANDED MERCHANDISE

5. LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@FPRMembers.com. We will assist with carrier claim documentation. Issue of replacement or refund will follow within 5 business days after carrier claim approval and funds are received.
6. RETURN PROCESS (ALL PRODUCTS)
To start a return:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
⚠️ Do NOT return any item without an RMA number.
Refund timing:
Inspection within 5–7 business days
Refund issued within 3–5 business days after inspection
7. FRAUDULENT RETURNS & CHARGEBACKS
Fraudulent chargebacks or return fraud may result in:
Permanent membership termination (no refund)
Ban from future purchases
Civil/legal action
Reporting to relevant fraud prevention networks and payment processors

We may modify this Return Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of the revised policy.

Failed background checks do not qualify for cash refunds, except where required by law
You must inspect firearms at the FFL before accepting them
You understand and agree to all return rules listed above
