Application Form

PARTNER DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT

Partners who earn commissions through the FPR Members Partner Program are required by FTC guidelines to clearly disclose their material connection to FPR Members in any promotional content, posts, videos, or communications. This includes statements such as "I earn a commission if you join through my link" or "#ad" / "#sponsored" disclosures.

Failure to disclose may result in removal from the program. By submitting this application, you acknowledge this requirement.

FPR Members is a MAP-compliant platform. Partner promotional content must accurately represent member pricing as subject to manufacturer pricing policies. FPR Members will provide approved messaging guidelines upon partner approval.
