1. OVERVIEW
FPRMembers (“we,” “us,” “our”) facilitates firearm purchases through authorized Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to comply with federal and state firearms laws.
⚠️  All firearm shipments must be delivered to a valid FFL dealer. You cannot have firearms shipped directly to your residence unless you are an FFL holder.
2. FIREARM SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
2.1 FFL Transfer Process
All firearms purchased through FPRMembers must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your area.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide valid FFL dealer information at checkout
Ensure your chosen FFL dealer is willing to accept transfers
Complete all required background checks and paperwork at the FFL dealer
Contact your selected FFL before ordering to confirm their transfer fee and pickup availability
Pay any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer (typically $25–$100 or more; fees vary by dealer — confirm directly before ordering)
FFL Dealer Independent Contractor Status:
FFL dealers are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or representatives of FPRMembers. We are not responsible for FFL dealer fees, hours, transfer procedures, additional state/local requirements, or customer service provided by FFL dealers.
2.2 FFL Dealer Verification
We verify all FFL dealers before shipping. This process typically takes 1–3 business days and includes:
Verification of current FFL license status with ATF database
Confirmation that the FFL dealer will accept the transfer
Receipt of signed FFL copy if required
2.3 Shipping Timeline for Firearms
Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
FFL Verification: 1–3 business days
Shipping Transit: 3–7 business days (depending on carrier and location)
Estimated total timeline: typically 5–13 business days from order to FFL arrival, subject to carrier delays, FFL processing time, weather, regulatory checks, and inventory availability.
These are estimated timelines only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, FFL verification processing, regulatory requirements, and inventory availability. No specific delivery date is guaranteed.
3. NON-FIREARM SHIPPING
3.1 Eligible Items
Accessories, ammunition (where legal), gear, apparel, and other non-firearm products may be shipped directly to your address.
3.2 Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $9.95
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $19.95
Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $29.95
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping on non-firearm items
3.3 Processing Time
Non-firearm orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
4. RESTRICTED LOCATIONS
4.1 State and Local Restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to certain states or localities due to legal restrictions. Restricted items include but are not limited to:
High-capacity magazines (restricted in CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VT, WA)
Certain firearm accessories
Ammunition (restricted in several states)
We will notify you at checkout if any items cannot be shipped to your location.
4.2 International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. All orders are limited to the United States.
5. CARRIER INFORMATION
5.1 Firearms
Firearms are shipped via:
FedEx (signature required)
UPS (signature required)
Adult Signature Required: All firearm shipments require signature by someone 21+ years old at the receiving FFL dealer.
5.2 Non-Firearms
Non-firearm items ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on size, weight, and destination.
6. TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
6.1 Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For firearms, we also notify the receiving FFL dealer directly.
6.2 Delivery Issues
If your shipment shows as delivered but you have not received it:
Firearms: Contact the receiving FFL dealer immediately
Non-Firearms: Check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier
File a Claim: If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days to file a claim with the carrier
7. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
7.1 Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of a shipment:
You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refused shipments are subject to fees per our Return Policy (15% restocking + $30 return shipping)
Firearm orders are subject to our Return Policy. Certain firearm sales may be final sale in accordance with federal and state law and manufacturer or distributor policies. Please review the Return Policy for full details.
Shipping and carrier fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law.
7.2 Undeliverable Firearms
If a firearm shipment cannot be delivered to the FFL dealer due to:
FFL license expiration or revocation
FFL dealer refusal to accept transfer
Incorrect FFL information provided
You will be responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to restocking fees per our Return Policy. We will work with you to identify an alternative FFL dealer if possible.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
8.1 Damaged Items
For Firearms:
If a firearm is visibly damaged upon arrival at the receiving FFL, refuse the transfer before completing Form 4473 so the firearm can be returned directly to us.
For Non-Firearm Products:
Inspect all packages upon delivery. If damage is visible:
Do not refuse the package — accept delivery and note damage on carrier paperwork
Photograph the damaged packaging and product
Contact us within 7 days at info@FPRMembers.com
We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
8.2 Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days or if a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us immediately. We will:
File a claim with the carrier
Issue a replacement or refund within 5 business days after carrier claim approval and funds are received
9. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
9.1 Before Shipment
You may update your shipping address before the order ships by contacting us immediately at info@FPRMembers.com.
9.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Contact the carrier directly to request delivery rerouting (fees may apply).
Firearms Exception: Firearm shipments cannot be rerouted once shipped due to federal regulations requiring delivery to the verified FFL dealer.
10. HAZMAT SHIPPING (AMMUNITION)
Ammunition is classified as hazardous material (HAZMAT) and subject to special shipping regulations:
Must ship via ground transportation only
Cannot be shipped via air
Additional HAZMAT fees may apply ($25–$40)
Some states prohibit direct-to-consumer ammunition shipments
Check your state and local laws before ordering ammunition.
11. SALES TAX
Sales tax is collected based on your shipping address and applicable state/local tax rates. Tax rates vary by jurisdiction.
