MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between Family Protection and Recreation LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company doing business as FPRMembers (“FPRMembers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any individual or entity who purchases a membership (“you,” “your,” or “Member”). By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Membership Agreement, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you are electronically signing this Agreement and consent to be bound by electronic signatures under the E-SIGN Act and state Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts.
1. MEMBERSHIP TYPES & PRICING
1.1 Standard Annual Membership
The FPRMembers standard annual Select membership is $97 per year and offers exclusive access to dealer-level pricing on firearms, where permitted by law and manufacturer pricing policies, plus discounted member pricing on ammunition, optics, magazines, accessories, and thousands of additional products across the national distributor catalogs. “Dealer-level pricing” reflects distributor pricing available to FPRMembers and may vary by distributor and availability.
Members receive dealer-level pricing on firearms, with shipping, insurance, and processing fees passed through at cost and shown clearly at checkout. FFL transfer fees are set by and paid directly to the member’s chosen local firearms dealer and are not included in checkout totals. This is the standard annual rate applicable after any promotional pricing periods have concluded.
1.2 Select Founding Rate (Launch Promotion)
During the launch period, the Select Founding Rate is available to the first 500 Select members only. Under this promotion, the first year is $97, followed by $29 renewals for Years 2 and 3. Beginning in Year 4, the membership renews at the standard Select rate of $97/year. Members who qualify for the Select Founding Rate will have their promotional pricing documented at the time of purchase. Once the 500-member cap is reached, this offer is permanently closed and new members join at the standard annual rate.
1.3 Family Plan
A Family Plan is available and may include a total of up to 4 household members under one shared account.
1.4 Founders Lifetime Plan
A one-time Founders Lifetime membership is available during the launch phase, limited to 50 members at $497 (one-time payment). Lifetime memberships never renew and remain active for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Once all 50 spots are filled, this offer is permanently closed.
2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Membership benefits include, but are not limited to:
Access to dealer-level pricing on firearms and discounted pricing on all other product categories
Access to 4 national distributor catalogs (availability may vary)
Referral program benefits
Early access to special releases and promotions
Benefits are not guaranteed and may evolve or expand over time. Membership provides access to pricing and benefits but does not guarantee product availability or inventory.
3. MAP & Pricing Disclosure
Some of the brands we offer are protected by manufacturer Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) rules. Public visitors will always see MAP-compliant pricing. As a member, you may see different pricing after logging in or at checkout where allowed by manufacturer policy.
This does not change the pricing access provided by your membership; it reflects how we are required to display prices publicly while honoring manufacturer MAP policies behind secure access.
Some manufacturers prohibit showing below-MAP pricing even to members. In these cases, the MAP price will remain visible and member pricing will not apply.
FPRMembers maintains a Manufacturer Exception Log to comply with strict brand-specific MAP rules.
4. Screenshot & Sharing Policy
Members may share their personal savings amounts (e.g., “I saved $312”).
However, members may NOT share screenshots showing both a specific product name AND the member-only price together. This protects manufacturer MAP requirements.

5. AUTO-RENEWAL
Annual memberships renew automatically every 12 months at the rate applicable to your membership tier and promotional status. Members enrolled in the Select Founding Rate will be billed at $29 for renewal Years 2 and 3, then at the standard Select rate of $97/year beginning in Year 4. Standard Select members renew at $97/year.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are emailed at least 30 days before renewal. You may cancel at any time prior to renewal to avoid charges.
6. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date by emailing info@FPRMembers.com with subject line “Cancel Membership.” Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership period.
Cancellation requests will be honored based on the timestamp of the email to ensure members are not charged if the request is sent before the 30-day window.
7. MEMBERSHIP FEE POLICY
7.1 Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or in the event of a billing error. This applies under circumstances including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Product sold out or unavailable
Firearm transfer failure for any reason
NICS background check denial or delay
Cancellation of any product order
Dissatisfaction with products or services
Account termination for violation of policies
7.2 What Membership Provides
Your membership provides access to member pricing, benefits, and the platform. Membership is NOT contingent on any particular product remaining in stock or any specific transaction being completed successfully.
8. REFERRAL PROGRAM
Members who successfully refer three (3) new paying members receive a one-time free renewal for their next 12-month term only. This reward does not stack, does not extend beyond a single renewal period, and does not create permanent free membership status.
Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or abuse of the referral system results in removal of benefits and may result in membership termination without refund. FPRMembers may withhold or revoke referral rewards if we reasonably determine abuse, manipulation, or policy violations occurred.
9. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member, you agree to:
Provide accurate account information
Maintain the privacy and security of your login credentials
Use membership benefits lawfully and ethically
Comply with all federal, state, and local firearms laws
Avoid bulk purchasing or reselling firearms or other products for profit in a manner that violates manufacturer policies, MAP restrictions, or distributor terms. Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Not share or resell membership access
Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
10. MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE
FPRMembers membership does NOT guarantee:
Product availability or inventory accuracy
Successful background check approval
FFL acceptance of transfers
Order fulfillment during out-of-stock situations
Any specific pricing or discount levels
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to background check denials, fraud concerns, regulatory restrictions, distributor limitations, or inventory unavailability. Membership fees remain non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or in the event of a billing error.
11. ELIGIBILITY
You must:
Be at least 18 years old to become a member
Be legally allowed to possess firearms and ammunition
Be at least 18 to purchase long guns where permitted by law; 21 to purchase handguns and certain regulated items, subject to federal, state, and local law
FPRMembers reserves the right to deny or terminate membership accounts for fraud, legal risk, abusive behavior, excessive returns, or chargeback abuse.
12. TERMINATION
FPRMembers may terminate memberships for:
Violation of this Membership Agreement or Terms & Conditions
Return fraud or chargeback abuse
Illegal activity or compliance risk
Fraudulent use of membership benefits
No refunds are given for terminated memberships.
13. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES
This Membership Agreement works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. All policies are incorporated by reference. In the event of conflict, the most restrictive provision applies to protect both FPRMembers and our members.
14. AMENDMENTS
FPRMembers may update this Membership Agreement at any time. The most current version will be posted on www.FPRMembers.com with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of membership after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Members will be notified via email of material changes.
